Terms of sale

Last updated: November 1, 2026 · A translation: the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of a licence to use the VELTR software for Windows, published by VELTR SASU, 20 Rue Pasteur, 59273 Fretin, France (“the publisher”), on the veltr.app website.

2. Reseller

The sale is made by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the official reseller (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy collects the payment, issues the invoice and pays the VAT due in your country. Its own terms apply to the payment.

3. Free trial

VELTR can be used for free and without restriction for 14 days from its first launch, with no means of payment. At the end of the trial, a licence is needed to keep using it.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown in euros, all taxes included, on the website at the time of purchase. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

5. Licence

The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use VELTR on at most two computers. The licence key is sent by email right after the payment and is activated from the software (About › Enter a key), with an internet connection. A seat can be freed at any time from the software (About › Deactivate on this PC) to activate VELTR on another computer.

Reselling, publicly sharing, decompiling or modifying the software is forbidden, except within the limits allowed by law.

6. Updates

Updates to version 1 of VELTR are included at no cost. The software offers them itself.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As the software is digital content supplied immediately, the legal right of withdrawal may not apply once the licence is activated, with your express consent. The publisher nevertheless offers a refund on simple request within 14 days of the purchase, under the refund policy.

8. Warranties and liability

VELTR is provided as is. The publisher strives to ensure it works properly and offers a restore feature (Safe Restore) that returns Windows to its original state. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage or damage resulting from improper use, within the limits allowed by law.

9. Personal data

See the Privacy page.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, first write to contact@veltr.app: we always look for an amicable solution. You can also turn, free of charge, to a consumer mediator, whose details will be given here when sales open.
